To ensure the commitment of every order and prevent fraudulent transactions, we require a Partial Advance Payment of ₹300 for all orders.
This amount is deducted from your total bill.
The remaining balance can be paid via your chosen method (COD or Online) at the time of delivery.
Your order will only be processed once this payment is confirmed.
2. Shipping Timeline
We strive to get your products to you as quickly as possible.
Processing Time: 1–2 business days.
Delivery Time: Most orders arrive within 7 to 10 business days after the order is confirmed.
Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and external factors like holidays or weather conditions.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.
4. Shipping Charges
Any applicable shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the package.
5. Important Notes
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate to avoid delays.
If a package is refused at the doorstep after the partial payment is made, the ₹300 advance will be non-refundable to cover logistics and handling costs.
